1. Aviation Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Not a Primary Navigation or Safety Tool: our applications are designed as supplemental digital aids. They are not replacements for the official documentation, procedures or equipment required for flight.

The Pilot in Command holds complete responsibility for aircraft operation safety. All checklists require verification against official sources. The service provides no guarantees regarding accuracy or safety of community-shared checklists.

2. AI Scanning & Data Accuracy

The AI scanning feature functions as an automation aid and may misinterpret the documents it processes. Users must manually review and confirm all items the AI converts before adding them to personal checklists.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require subscription through in-app purchases charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription management occurs through App Store account settings.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit services. We are not responsible for data loss caused by sync errors or service outages. Information handling follows the separate Privacy Policy document.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dora.net LLC disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, our applications including aircraft incidents, hardware failure, or data loss.
