1. Aviation Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Not a Primary Navigation or Safety Tool: our applications are designed as supplemental digital aids. They are not replacements for the official documentation, procedures or equipment required for flight. The Pilot in Command bears sole responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft, and all checklists must be verified against official sources before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of checklists shared by the Community or other users.
2. AI Scanning & Data Accuracy
The AI scanning feature functions as an automation aid and may misinterpret the documents it processes. You are required to manually review and confirm every item the AI converts before saving it to your personal checklists.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features operate on a subscription basis through in-app purchases. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. Data & Privacy
Your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit services. We are not responsible for data loss caused by sync errors or service outages. The collection and handling of your information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dora.net LLC disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, our applications — including but not limited to aircraft incidents, hardware failure, or loss of data.
